Course Details
An opportunity to develop and test their skills in Japanese cuisine, an annual exam will be conducted by a TCSW chef coordinator, to the finalist students of the program in order to obtain the unprecedented TCSW / ACPP Advanced Diploma (recognized and certified by the Japanese government and with extension to the Bronze Medal of Japanese cuisine).
The Course is taught in two models: face-to-face classes and E-learning.
